Pet Policy
Allowed Pets:- Up to 2 pets per apartment.
- Cats and dogs are permitted.
- Aggressive breeds are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pit Bull Terriers
- Rottweilers
- Doberman Pinschers
- Chows
- Wolf hybrids
- Any mix of these breeds
- We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
- All pets must be registered with the management office.
- Proof of current vaccinations and licensing must be provided.
- A pet fee is required. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact the management office for details.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
- Pet Rent is $30 per pet, per month.
- There is a $400 non-refundable one-time fee for each pet.
- There is a 25 lb weight limit for each pet.
